 Our goal for Mini Mobile Mansions is to provide quality products at a reasonable cost. We want to offer everyone an opportunity to afford a Mini without compromising its overall performance. Price range for customized Mini’s outside of the designated models start at $17,000-$60,000 & up. This price reflects from very basic finishings, size, to upgrades on/off grid options, technical components and any other specialty features. Size options can be as small as 8’x8′ and as large as 8’x40′. We even offer 5th wheel models.

Mini Mobile Mansions product will never cut any corners on the bones of each structure. We will always build a safe, sound and lasting products. However, in order to meet any individual’s budget we can recommend lower or higher quality finishings from interior walls, lighting, heating and cooling, composting toilet, any fixtures, appliances and so forth. This is why our concept is to be completely customizable – not just to make it your personal setting but rather to adopt any budget for any customer.
